Hi, I'm Yoshi, and I'm a senior in the international baccalaureate (IB) program at Berkeley High School. I'm the youngest of three children and have spent my entire life in Berkeley, California--home of the oat milk latte. My parents named me "Yoshi" to highlight my one-quarter Japanese-American ethnicity. I'm also part Swedish, Norwegian, Irish and half Chinese. Yes, it's confusing to me as well!
